Company structure

The Organizational Rules of the Public Procurement Office (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizational Rules") are the basic internal organizational regulations of the Public Procurement Office (hereinafter referred to as the "Office"). The Organizational Rules, in accordance with generally binding legal regulations and the Statute of the Public Procurement Office (hereinafter referred to as the "Statute of the Office"), establish the internal organizational structure of the Office, the scope of authorizations and responsibilities of the Office's senior employees, the scope and mutual relations of the Office's organizational units.

The Organizational Rules are binding on all employees of the Office who:

  1. perform civil service in the Office,
  2. have an employment relationship with the Office,
  3. perform work on the basis of agreements on work performed outside of work hours ratio.
