SECTION FOR SUPERVISION

Section for supervision compliance with the obligations of the contracting authority, contracting entity, or individual as specified in Section 8 of the Public Procurement Act. Section for supervision comprises the Objections Department, which manages the objection procedures, and the Oversight Department, which reviews the actions of the inspected entity both before and after the contract is concluded, as well as conducting ex ante assessments. The objection procedure and the examination of the actions of the inspected entity lead to decisions regarding the compliance or non-compliance of the submitted documents with the Public Procurement Act, particularly in the context of ex ante assessments.
