Office management
The head of the office is the chairman, who is elected and dismissed by the National Council of the Slovak Republic on the proposal of the Government of the Slovak Republic.
The chairman of the office is represented by two vice-chairmen, who are appointed and dismissed by the Government of the Slovak Republic on the proposal of the chairman of the office.
The Secretary General of the service office is appointed to and dismissed from the position by the Government of the Slovak Republic.
Pursuant to § 140 para. 3 of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws, as amended, the authorities of the Public Procurement Office are the chairman of the office, two vice-chairmen of the office, and the Office Council.
