Section of the Intermediate Body for Slovakia Programme

The Section undertakes tasks delegated by the managing authority, the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatisation of the Slovak Republic, specifically related to the control of public procurement for contracts co-financed by funds from the Slovakia Programme. It performs tasks related to the public procurement oversight, prepares management documentation, and provides methodological guidance for both beneficiaries and entities involved in implementing the Slovakia Programme.
